Jhefferson and his team performed minor repair work on our chimney then applied a coat of sealer to the exterior. The work was completed as advertised with no disruption to any activities we had planned. I will also be utilizing J&J for snowplowing this year, which I am sure will also be done well.

Honestly, Jhefferson's proposal/contract was a bit too vague to make me comfortable at first, and we had some minor communication issues, which made me just a bit nervous despite all the excellent reviews. In hindsight, though, I now know that this was strictly attributable to the fact that English is not Jhefferson's first language, etc.

I'm certainly glad I decided to "take a chance"! He/they did a great strip/reroof, complete in one day, including two flat sections, with excellent cleanup. Six months have passed, and there are no issues. Also, they repaired some interior water damage and replaced a set of windows. Interior window trim came out beautifully, complete with pre primed/painted composite trim (Jhefferson wasn't even obligated to paint by contract).

Jhefferson and Erika are honest, hard-working, very responsive, and easy to deal with. I recommend highly.

Excellent service, Best roofing company in Connecticut.
Professional, prompt, friendly and the quality of their work is amazing.
I was looking for a Roofing contractor nearby. J&J Rivera showed up on my google search as #1 best roofing company with 5 starts reviews. So I decided to give them a call and they schedule an appointment right away.
Jhefferson came to my property he was so helpful and explained all the work that needed to be done. He is very professional.
He provided us with a very detailed quote for the work completed. Work was completed under 7 hours. The job was done thoroughly, efficiently and the yard was left spotless.

I was referred to J&J by a contractor friend when we found my 3 season porch roof leaking. I made the call & Jhefferson came out quickly to look over the problem. Got me a fast quote & got me scheduled as quick as the weather permitted (very rainy time period!). They arrived, got right to work, & a few hours later, my roof no longer leaked! I'm quite satisfied with my experience & their workmanship!

We had a wonderful experience with Jhefferson and his amazing crew @ J&J Rivera Home Improvements.
Last month, I contacted them to ask if they would locate and repair a bathroom ceiling - roof leak. Jhefferson responded timely.
We ended up hiring J&J Rivera to replace our entire house roof with attached garage, along with two old Skylights, replaced with new Solar ones. The bathroom ceiling leak was also repaired nicely.
We decided on this because their price replacement estimates were fair and competitive. Jhefferson was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
The extra work found and needed was also explained and fair priced. Their Crews were punctual, very hard working, and polite. They did a fantastic 2 day job from start to finish through some inclimate weather. They neatly cleaned up all the grounds when work was completed.
I love our new Roof, it looks just beautiful.
